These terms explain how we work with you. We have written them in simple English. For each client, a signed agreement or accepted quote will name your business, what you are buying, the price and the dates. If anything in these terms is different from your signed agreement, the signed agreement is followed.

By using our website, asking for a quote or paying us, you agree to these terms.

"You" means the business or person who buys from us, and the people who act for them.

We help established nursing homes, diagnostic centres, foundries and engineering firms in the Kolhapur–Belgaum belt grow. We study the records you already keep, show you what they say, and then work with your team to fix what holds you back.

What we sell:

  • Clinic Growth Report — a one-time study of your last 12 months of billing.
  • Margin and Capacity Audit — a fixed-scope study of your accounts, power bills and dispatches.
  • Monthly Growth Plans — regular reports and hands-on help with marketing, finance, staff training or systems.
  • Growth Partner plan — close support for a small number of businesses.

The exact scope, price and delivery dates for each purchase are written in your quote or agreement.

  • We do not collect loan or investment money from you, for you, or on anyone's behalf.
  • We do not give medical, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. We give you information and reports based on your records. For those matters, please ask your doctor, lawyer, chartered accountant or other licensed professional.
  • We do not promise any result, such as a number of new patients, a profit, a saving or the approval of a loan.
  • We do not change your billing software, Tally or other systems. We only read the files they produce.
  1. After a first meeting (which is free), we send you a written quote. It shows what is included, the price, and when you get each report.
  2. A quote is valid for 15 days unless it says otherwise.
  3. Work starts when you accept the quote in writing (email, WhatsApp or signature) and we receive the first payment, if one is due.
  4. If you ask for work that is not in the quote, we tell you the extra price before we do it. We do not charge for extra work without your written agreement.
  1. You pay the fee shown in your quote. We do not charge a share of your profit, a fee per patient, or a fee per order.
  2. Invoices come only from Satej Consultech Ventures Private Limited. You pay us only. If we use specialist partners, we pay them. You do not pay them and do not sign a contract with them.
  3. You can pay by bank transfer or by the online payment link sent with your invoice.
  4. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless your quote says otherwise. Monthly plans are billed in advance, at the start of each month.
  5. If a payment is late by more than 15 days, we may pause our work until it is paid. We tell you in writing first.
  6. The fee in your quote is the amount you pay. If a tax ever becomes payable on our services by law, we will tell you in writing before it is added to your invoice.
  1. One-time reports end when the report is delivered and explained to you.
  2. Monthly Growth Plans and Growth Partner plans run for 12 months from the start date. We explain the reason on our Pricing page: results are measured as a three-month average against your 12-month starting point, and a shorter period cannot show real change.
  3. The rules for cancelling and for refunds are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read it before you sign. It forms part of these terms.
  4. When a plan ends, you may renew it. We will write to you 30 days before it ends.

To do good work, we need you to:

  1. Send the records listed in your quote, on time and complete as far as you can.
  2. Tell us if you know a record is wrong, missing or incomplete.
  3. Give us a person in your team to talk to, who can answer our questions within a reasonable time.
  4. Be sure you have the right to share the records with us. This includes having any consents needed from your patients or customers for us to use their data to make your reports.
  5. Follow the law that applies to you, including the rules for medical advertising, if you are a clinic.

If records come late, our delivery dates move by the same number of days.

Our reports are only as good as the records you give us. We clean and check records and we tell you what we changed. But we cannot be responsible for mistakes that are already in your records, or for decisions you make after reading our reports.

Part-by-part costing starts from the second month of work, after the first audit, and depends on the daily production and rejection record that your team keeps.

If you are a clinic, any marketing work we do for you follows the advertising rules for medical practitioners. We do not use patient testimonials, before-and-after pictures or claims about treatment results. If you ask us to, we will say no, and explain why.

  1. We keep everything you share with us private, and we sign a confidentiality agreement with you before you share anything, if you ask for one.
  2. Your costs, customers and margins are never shown to another client.
  3. We share your information only with the named people in our team and, where needed for your work, with specialist partners who are bound to the same promise.
  4. We may share information if the law or a court orders us to. We will tell you first when we are allowed to.
  5. If we serve two clients that compete directly, we keep their information completely apart. If we think this is not possible, we will tell both of you before we start.
  6. This promise continues after our work ends.
  1. Your data belongs to you. We do not own it, sell it or use it for anything other than your work.
  2. You can ask for a full copy of your data at any time, free of charge, even if you stop working with us.
  3. You can ask us to delete your records. We confirm in writing when it is done, except where the law makes us keep something.
  4. How we collect and look after personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. For personal data of your patients or customers, you remain responsible for it and we handle it only on your instructions, for your reports.
  1. The reports we give you are yours to use in your business.
  2. Our method, measurement platform, templates, tools and know-how stay ours, even when they are used to make your reports. You get the right to use the reports, not to copy or sell our method or tools.
  3. You may not copy, resell or share our platform or templates with others.

We may use specialist partners for work such as marketing, finance or staff training. They work for us and follow our standards and our confidentiality promise. You deal with Satej Consultech only, with one team and one contract. We remain responsible to you for the work.

  1. We will use reasonable skill and care in our work.
  2. We are not responsible for losses that come from things outside our control, from mistakes in the records you give us, or from decisions you make on your own.
  3. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of profit, loss of business or loss of reputation.
  4. The most we will have to pay you for any claim about a purchase is the total fee you paid us for that purchase in the 3 months before the claim.
  5. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under law that cannot be taken away.
  1. Either of us may end the work if the other breaks the agreement and does not fix it within 30 days of being told in writing.
  2. We may end the work straight away if you ask us to do something illegal or against professional rules.
  3. When work ends, refunds are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and you can take a copy of your data.
  1. The website is for information about our services. It is not medical, legal or financial advice.
  2. The words, designs and logos on this website belong to Satej Consultech. Please do not copy them without asking.
  3. Please do not try to harm the website, break into it, or use it in a way that is against the law.
  4. We try to keep the website correct and working, but we cannot promise that it will never have errors or be unavailable.
  5. Links to other websites are for your convenience. We are not responsible for other websites.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For work already agreed, the terms that were in force when you accepted the quote continue to apply, unless you agree to the new ones in writing.

  1. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  2. If you are unhappy, please talk to us first. Write to info@satejconsultech.in. A director will look at it personally and reply in writing within 7 working days.
  3. If we cannot settle it by talking, the courts at Kolhapur will have the right to decide.
