In plain words
- We sell services, not goods. Nothing is posted or shipped.
- Your report is delivered in person and in digital form.
- Your first report usually reaches you two to three weeks after we receive your records.
- You get a written quote first, with the scope and dates.
1. What we deliver

| Growth Partner plan | Everything in the monthly plans, plus close support from the directors, as agreed in your agreement |
The exact scope, price and delivery dates for each purchase are written in your quote or agreement. If this page is different from your signed agreement, the agreement is followed.
2. How we deliver
- In person. We explain every report in a meeting, at our office, at your place or by phone/video call. You can ask questions line by line.
- Digital. Reports are shared as PDF files or a secure link, sent to the email address or phone number you give us. Monday reports are sent to the phone number or email you choose.
- No physical delivery. We do not post or courier anything unless you ask for a printed copy, and then only as agreed.
3. When we deliver

If a date falls on a holiday, we deliver on the next working day.
4. What we need from you to stay on time
Our dates depend on you:
- Complete records. The records listed in your quote, in a readable form (for example, a billing export or Tally data).
- A contact person. Someone in your team who can answer our questions in 2 working days.
- Approval of your starting point. We show you your last 12 months of numbers, and you check and sign them before later reports.
- Access to a place and people, if we visit your clinic or factory.
If your records arrive late or are incomplete, our dates move by the same number of days. We tell you in writing when this happens.
5. If we are late
If we are going to miss a date, we tell you before the date, say why, and give a new date. If the first report is late by more than 15 working days for a reason that is ours, you may cancel and receive a full refund, as explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. What counts as "delivered"
- A report is delivered when we send it to you and have explained it to you in a meeting (or offered you a meeting and you chose not to take it).
- Monthly work is delivered month by month, as set out in your agreement.
- If you think a report is wrong because of a mistake of ours, tell us within 15 days. We check, and fix it at no extra cost.

8. Things that are not part of delivery
- Results such as a number of new patients, a profit or a saving. We deliver reports and work, not results.
- Medical, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
- Changes to your billing software, Tally or other systems.
- Collecting or holding loan or investment money. We never do this.
