In plain words

  • We collect only what we need, and only for a clear reason.
  • For our clients' records (for example, patient billing data), the clinic or business is in charge of that data. We handle it only on their instructions, to make their reports.
  • We never sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
  • Only named people on our team can see client records. Every export is written in a log.

This policy explains how we handle personal data. "Personal data" means any information that can identify a person.

A. Data about you as a visitor or client of ours
For example, your name, phone number, email, business name, and what you tell us when you contact us or buy from us. For this data, we are in charge (under the law, we are the "Data Fiduciary").

B. Data in the records our clients give us
For example, a clinic's billing export with patient names and phone numbers, or a factory's customer names and Tally data. For this data, the client is in charge and we handle it only on the client's instructions, to prepare the client's reports (under the law, we act as the "Data Processor"). The client is responsible for having the right to share this data with us, including any consent needed from its patients or customers.

B. About people in client records

We do not ask for or use patient medical details, such as diagnoses, prescriptions or test results, unless a client has specifically agreed in writing that it is needed, and then only as the law allows.

We use data only for the reasons given in section 3. We do not:

  • sell personal data,
  • share it with advertisers,
  • use patient or customer data to market to those people,
  • use one client's data to help another client, or show one client's figures to another.

If we ever compare numbers across clients, names are removed and the groups are large enough that nobody can be identified.

  • For data about visitors and clients, we use your consent (for example, when you send us a form or message) and, where needed, our need to carry out the contract with you or to follow the law.
  • For data in client records, the client is responsible for consent and for the lawful reasons to share the data with us. We ask each client to confirm this in the agreement.
  • You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before. It may mean we can no longer provide some service.
  • Only the named people in our team who work on your business, each with their own login.
  • Specialist partners, only where your work needs it, and only if they are bound to the same confidentiality promise. They work for us. We stay responsible.
  • Service providers that help us run our work, such as secure storage, email and payment services. They may handle data on our behalf, under written terms.
  • Government, court or other authorities, only if the law requires. We tell you first where we are allowed to.

We do not give data to anyone else.

  1. We keep data on systems with access controlled by login and limited to named people.
  2. Every time client records are exported or copied, we write it in a log.
  3. Files are shared with us through safe methods that we agree with you. Please do not send records over open social media.
  4. We train our team to keep data private. Each team member signs a confidentiality promise.
  5. No system is perfect. If we find that personal data has been lost, stolen or seen by someone who should not have seen it, we will tell the people and authorities that the law says we must, as quickly as the law requires.

We delete or remove the identity from data we no longer need. Where the law requires us to keep something, we keep only that.

Under the law, you can ask us to:

  1. Tell you what personal data of yours we have and why.
  2. Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
  3. Delete your data, when it is no longer needed.
  4. Give you a copy of your data. Clients can always take a full copy of their data, free of charge.
  5. Withdraw your consent.
  6. Nominate someone to use your rights for you if you die or cannot act.
  7. Complain to us, and if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.

If your data is in a client's records, please contact the clinic or business first, because it is in charge of that data. We will help it answer you.

To use any right, write to info@satejconsultech.in and tell us who you are. We will reply within 7 working days and finish the request within 30 days.

Our services are for businesses and not for children. We do not knowingly collect data of anyone under 18, except where it appears in a clinic's own patient records, and then the clinic is responsible for getting the consent of a parent or guardian, as the law requires. We do not track or advertise to children.

Our website uses only the cookies needed to make the site work. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work well.

We only send you messages about our services if you ask for them or agree to them. Each message tells you how to say stop. We do not send marketing messages to patients or customers of our clients.

Our website may link to other websites. We do not control them. Please read their privacy policies.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make an important change, we will tell clients by email.
