Refund and Cancellation Policy

The short version

  • You can cancel before we start work and get all your money back.
  • If we have started work, you pay for the work already done. We tell you the amount in writing.
  • Once you have received your report, we do not refund its fee, unless we did not deliver what your quote promised.
  • Monthly plans run for 12 months. We explain below when you can leave early and what you get back.
  • Refunds go back to the way you paid, within 7 working days of us agreeing to the refund.

This policy applies to everything you buy from Satej Consultech Ventures Private Limited ("Satej Consultech", "we", "us"), including:

  • the Clinic Growth Report,
  • the Margin and Capacity Audit,
  • Monthly Growth Plans, and
  • the Growth Partner plan.

The exact price, what is included and when you get each report are written in your quote and your agreement. If anything in this policy is different from your signed agreement, the signed agreement is followed.

Your first meeting with us is free. There is nothing to refund for it.

A one-time report is the Clinic Growth Report or the Margin and Capacity Audit.

If the report is late by more than 15 working days for a reason that is ours (not because records came late from you), you may cancel and receive 100% of what you paid.

These plans run for 12 months. This is so that we can measure your results as a three-month average against your 12-month starting point. A shorter period cannot show real change.

Before the plan starts

You can cancel before the start date and get 100% of what you paid.

During the first 30 days

If the plan is not what we described, tell us in writing. If we cannot fix it within 10 working days, you may cancel and get back the fee for the days you have not used.

After the first 30 days

Because the plan is for 12 months, the fee for the full term stays payable. We are not able to refund fees for months already worked, because the team and time are reserved for you. However, you can leave early in these cases, and we will refund the fee for the months that have not been worked:

  1. We do not do what the agreement says, and do not fix this within 30 days of you telling us in writing.
  2. A serious event stops either of us from carrying on, such as the closure of your clinic or business, or a serious illness of the owner. Please tell us in writing and we will deal with it fairly and kindly.

If you want to leave for any other reason

Write to us at least 30 days before. We will talk it through. If you leave early, the fee for the rest of the 12 months stays payable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If we end the plan

We may end a plan if the agreement is broken (for example, payment stops, or records you must share are not shared for a long time). If we end it for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the fee for months that have not been worked.

  1. Write to info@satejconsultech.in, or send a WhatsApp message to +91 96075 50313.
  2. Tell us your name, your business name, what you bought and why you are cancelling.
  3. We will reply within 2 working days to confirm that we have received your request.
  4. We will tell you in writing how much will be refunded, and how we worked it out, within 5 working days.
  • Refunds go back to the same way you paid (the same bank account, or the same payment method).
  • Time: within 7 working days after we agree on the refund amount. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
  • If you paid by an online payment link, the refund is made through the same payment service.
  • We do not charge you a fee for processing a refund.

Cancelling does not change who owns your data. You can ask for a full copy of your data, free of charge, at any time. You can also ask us to delete your records. We confirm in writing when it is done. See our Privacy Policy for details.

  • Money you have paid to others yourself (for example, to a bank, a software vendor or a printer).
  • Fees for work that has already been completed and delivered, as explained above.
  • A report you did not like because the numbers were not what you hoped. The report shows what your records say. It is not a promise of any result.

If you are still not happy after that, write to us with the details. The director will look at it personally and reply in writing within 7 working days.
